I do NOT agree . All should spin freely ....With in reason . Some resistance , but easily turned .
Heat is an issue .

Used bearings should be 6-8 inch/lbs new bearings should be 20-35 inch/lbs

I have built Many rear ends over the years ..I think you will have issues .

Thanks; and yes I used assembly lube, I have a couple extra carrier bearings I was going to use in my other truck, maybe this week I will put them in just to be on the safe side

Is that measurement with the carrier in place or just the pinion...
