95 valve adjustment issue

Here's the cam. Number 2 intake is almost round. Not sure why this is the only lobe/lifter combo to self destruct. I checked the valve by removing the spring and it moves freely in its guide. I was thinking maybe a stuck valve or bent stem but it seems fine.
Side note: I need a replacement fuel rail, the one on the engine is very rusty. Anyone have one?
