need help with finishing up with my manual swap on a 1986 f150

I put a t18 in an automatic truck I have the plug for the reverse switch I just don't know if I have to get a different harness or if I can just wire it to the reverse lights wires or if I should just wire them to a switch

The T18 has a reverse switch. Located on top I think. Not sure if the switch socket is different on an auto but they might be compatible.

If you want it plug and play, you need a different transmission harness. Or you can just rig the wires in there yourself.
