If they do automotive paint, then, sure!
I know of two places in the southern Denver metro area that can do this (color-match & mix up new, sometimes can even package it up into spray cans):
http://denverautopaint.com/
Custom Paint Jobs - Painting Supplies - Painters Supply - Englewood - Colorado
Do a Google search on something like "Waukegan (or whatever big city close to you) automotive paint stores" and see what comes up... or maybe ask any knowledgeable parts store guys if they know of anybody local who can do that for you... and do your homework and learn if you want enamel vs. lacquer, clear top coat, etc. etc. etc. and, just as important, be sure you find somebody who can apply it properly.

Macco has their own line of color paints you can pick from to get a repaint.
If you are going to repaint the full truck then go thru a color chip book and pick out a color you like and go with it.

Sorry guys ive been MIA. Yes the truck was repaint by who I'm not sure who my uncle had paint the truck. I'm not repainting the whole just looking get a new/used hood and maybe a right fender. Color match is gonna have to be my best bet. The photos that you guys are looking at is when my uncle had just got the truck painted and after that the truck sat for nearly 12 years. Never saw the road now I'm trying to save this truck. It probably won't be a dally driver but in the winter it will be and summer maybe to the local car shows with my other 86

Then your best bet is to have it color matched from one of the auto body supply stores that can do that.
Or if they have color chip book(s) go thru them and see if you can find a color close and take the chip to the truck and see how far off it may be.
I would start off with Ford colors of about the year of the truck and see what you come up with.
