Oil Change on 2002 Explorer
Hi all. I changed the oil on my 2002 Explorer today and while I was preparing the dirty stuff for the trip to Pep Boys for recycling, I noticed that there were only about 4 quarts that went into the drain pan. The 2002 Exp calls for 5 quarts of new dino juice with an oil and filter change so I was a little concerned. The used filter was heavy, but I have a hard time believing that it was the reason for the "missing" oil. Has anyone else noticed this?
