You're welcome. I did try matching what I could decipher to the data but I didn't learn much. It looks like quite a project! jim

Taking a bit of steel wool to the face of the tag to gently clean the accumulation might reveal more of the needed info.
Actually any sort of finer abrasive would work---something to slowly abrade the crud away revealing the impressed numbers---Scotch Brite pad too.
