Grey leather Lariat seat cover, PAX.

I am in desperate need of a seat cover for the driver's side, but with the engine rebuild still ongoing and tight funds I really don't want to waste a perfectly good seat. My original grey leather passenger side is in almost new looking condition and while I realize there'll be a slight color and material difference it doesn't bother me too much. Since they only sell sets, I am looking at the front pair of captain-type covers with armrests from leatherseats. com for $700. If anybody is interested in snagging the pax side cover, maybe you already swapped your DS a while ago, then let me know, you'll get a killer deal.

If you don't absolutely have to have the Lariat logo on your seat any good quality home town type auto upholstery shop should be able to rebuild your seat for way less than $700.

May be they can even remove the panel with the logo from your old seat and put into the new one.....

Yeh, well that would be an option if I were in the US but unfortunately I am in the turd world and get turd world service and quality for my first world bucks here. I'm not convinced I'll drop the money yet but I wouldn't trust anyone locally to remake the seat for me.
Thanks for the suggestion though Rick.

I just looked at that site and $749 is for complete kit, front and rear for your truck, not just the front. Sounds like a good deal for a complete kit.

I paid nearly $700 for the ones I got from theseatshop year before last, and they are excellent duplicates of my OEM gray leather seats. My local guy charges $75 "per panel" for repairs, and with the amount of wear I had, it would have cost more for him to make me a set of replacements.

They have other colors too.

I bought the front set from the seatshop in Allen, Tx. They guarantee to match colors. You can get just the bottom or back or full set. They have to embroidery the "Lariat" in the back. The covers are excellent quality.
I think this is the same company mentioned above.

Thanks for the responses guys, glad to see you had good results Pete. I was beginning to shy away from the whole idea due to cost but if I get even close to another 12years out of these as the originals gave up for this truck, it'll be money well spent.

I am not fussed about the Lariat logo but looked at these also Colorado. One full seat runs around $500, so against the pair from LS, I would be paying $200 for the additional pax side covers, kinda why I was hoping somebody here would need one.

Dave, with the options I need the set runs in at $824. I don't need the pax side and definitely don't need, or want the bench. My truck is a daily driver, with kids and junk always in the back. LS told me via email the front pair could be had for a tad over $700 plus shipping.

Cheers,
