Power valve size
Anyone know how to tell what size a power valve is if there are no markings?
How about how to adjust one?
Going on a 2150 302.
Been searching a bunch and nada so far.......

This is on Holley carbs.
If no numbers on the PV it is a crap shoot but IIRC Holleys normal is 6.5
There is no adjustment of them you have to change them out for a different one.
As a starting point you take a vacuum reading at normal speed and go half that reading for the PV.
So say you get 20 HG at speed you start with a 10 HG valve and go up or down from there.
On a 2150 I am not sure if it is the same as Holley for marks on PV or how to check what to start with.
Heck I don't even know if you can use the Holley PV in the 2150
