LED Dome Light Replacement

Has anyone replaced their dome lights with stock LED size?

If so how do you like them?

I have and I love them. I got mines from Amazon. The light and color is nice and knowing that it will take longer to drain the battery is nicer.

check eBay. I bought for 2 different E series vans. The seller is no longer on ebay or I would give you a part number.

If you don't have the replacement part# do you know the part# of the stock bulb?

I can look for some spare LEDS to see if there are any part numbers. Honestly, I just measured the existing lamps and found something close on Ebay. They fit, but not like OEM. The light fixtures bend a little when you install these lights. Two vans and 2 sedans with full indoor LED. About a $1 per light.

I replaced my interior dome light with an LED one. I was able to match it up with a 12v LED at the local autoparts store.

I also the metal duct tape on the inside of the fixture to help reflect the light better and make it brighter. That, combined with the custom more transparent lens I made, really increased the light output......all with putting less strain on the batteries.

How the heck does the dome light come off? I gently pried it off , but now I can't get the freakin' back on!

mine's been off for 6 years. On top of the rear speaker cabinets. looks good there.

I suffer some crit for this.

the dome light cover was designed by the team doing the compressor.

I Groted 2 rack mounted 2" LED turn signals for max bull for interstate ramping.

Team wrote: 'no connection' in the 44090 wireup did the cover and compressor drip.
