Ford got back to me with this....
Thank you for youremail in regards to your SYNC3 navigation. Unfortunately, there is not asetting to delete previous destinations. A master reset will remove theprevious destinations, but it also removes all other saved settings and takesthe system back to factory default.
So can't be done without erasing all the other favourites etc. not something I want to do.
