Fuse/GEM module problems

So, my buddies and I took a trip in my 2003 f150 lariate 5.4 and when we got there our place to stay fell through so we all just slept in the truck. When we woke up there was quite a bit of condensation on the inside of the truck on all the windows. When we started driving the radio would go in and out and then finally out. The next day I started driving to work and it started giving me the 5 beeps for 25 times and then stop. When I got to work I noticed the outside temp. gauge and the compass on the roof was staying on even though I had shut off the truck. By the time I got home when I turned the truck off the air wouldn't turn off when I turned the truck off. So I would have to turn the air off for it to stay off. That night I messed around with the fuses looking for which one was causing the chaos. I found the one that lit the temp gauge and compass and left it out for the night so it wouldn't drain the battery. This morning I woke up plugged it back in and everything worked fine. Until This afternoon I came to my truck to find the air was on, and when I started the truck when I took it out of park the radio would cut out, but if I put it back in park it would come back. I looked over all the fuses again, only found one that was blown out up front underneath the hood. Now if I turn the truck off the air will turn on and off and there is all this clicking underneath the dash. If I take fuse 22 out all of it stops. Anyone got any advice?

Did it rain the night you guys camped out in the truck?

You have two symptoms, probably unrelated.

1. The bulb for the airbag warning light is burned out AND you have an airbag fault. Replace the bulb in the cluster so you can get a lamp flash code.

2. Everything else indicates that water has gotten into the GEM and/or fuse box under the dash. A leaking windshield is the most common culprit although, I suppose if a couple of heavy breathers camped out in the truck, there might have been enough condensation from respiration to cause problems. My guess is it rained and you didn't connect the dots.

Anytime you have a blown fuse and need help, you need to IDENTIFY THE FLIPPIN' FUSE. we are not psychic.

Fuse 22.... It said it in the post, and I'm in the midwest right now, so it did not rain.

You said one was blown, you did NOT identify THAT one.
