clutch smells?

clutch smells?
I noticed an intermittant brake smell after getting off the freeway in my '89 Ford F250. Took a peek underneath, and it seems like the e-brake could use some TLC. Any thoughts on fixing this one, how I should do it, or replace it?

Nothing is broken there. The bottom cable is rusted, so park brake on whatever wheel the bottom cable goes to is stuck on. You can try spraying some kind of lubricant down the cable, and wiggling it a bunch will usually get it freed up again, but its best to replace the cable.
