Starting to regret this F250...

I've posted a few problems that I've had so far with this damn truck, I knew I should have gotten an F350 diesel.
But, the newest in my problems is the shake.
Truck starts fine, sounds ok, after about a minute it starts shaking like it was from Harlem.
Doesn't matter what gear I'm in, how fast I'm going (although it does shake worse at higher speeds).
From about 0-50 I get a steady increase in the shaking, once I hit about 50-55, if I turn off the overdrive the shaking stops completely.
Once I slow down to about 45, starts again even with the overdrive off.
Shakes in park, neutral, drive, 4x4.
Is this common, and should I "have an accident" and buy a new truck?

So I glanced at some of the issues you have had. Most aren't too bad for a SD truck. But, with that aside, I would say your current issue is related to a motor mount. Without knowing how many miles are on the truck, or how it has been driven, I wouldn't give up on it just yet. What part of Or are you in? I'm just north of the border. Edit: I missed the part about running fine at a cold start, I'm still sure it can be worked out, do you have any codes?

I'm in eugene, no codes, I've been chasing a coolant leak for 3 weeks, this is just the newest thing. It has 150k on it, and I don't beat it up too bad, mostly because I don't trust it

Nope, still chasing it, I can hear it, I can smell it, I can see it dripping on the exhaust, just can't find to where the **** it's coming from.

Well that is your first issue. It has been a couple of weeks since you noticed it.

My first issue was the ESOF, I figured out my passenger side hub wasn't locking and my shift motor was bad.
I got stuck in the mountains for 4 hours on that one

Semantics, I was speaking to why you have a rough idle. Regardless, you bought a used truck. We have all been there, but it doesn't make the truck a POS. It sounds like you have a head gasket issue, based on what you have posted. Is there any smoke coming out of the exhaust? What does the oil look like? Have you pulled the plugs near the leak? I want to help you fix the truck.

Wasn't trying to be a dick, my bad on that. But yeah the oil is good, doesn't smoke, still has decent power, it felt like a dead cylinder at first, but I still have power

No worries, I didn't take it that way. I would pull the plugs on the side that you assume the leak is on. If there is a variance in appearance, then I would do a compression test to see if there is a leak. You can get a compression tester at O'reilly's or Auto Zone to use for free by leaving a deposit.

That's the other problem, I don't know if the plugs have been changed in this truck, and I don't want to snap the tops off. I'll probably just take it in and have someone look at it. The 2 Saturday's a month I have off work aren't enough. Thanks boss

The shaking description sounds like the dreaded death wobble, though I think I had heard that it occurs at certain speeds.

it may be a long shot here, but i might as well throw in another idea. have you lost any wheel weights? or maybe have a cracked rim? I just went through an ordeal with my 08. It starting shaking violently on the hwy all of the sudden, i got out to investigate and found two of my rims had cracked on the spokes. Like i said its a long shot but maybe give them a once over?
