Thanks, John. Picture window glass. The seal let go so it's fogging inside the 2 layers. Under warranty. First one the guy measured wrong, this last one, broken in shipment. 3rd time might be the charm....

We replaced all our windows 4 years ago with double panes but wish we had put in the triple panes again. we were told the double pains with argon was all we needed here but can sure tell the difference. That's a bummer though about your window but at least it on them and not you.

When I went through this house in VA, I replaced all windows and doors with insulated glass.
This summer I hope to replace 5 or 6 windows in the NY house.

About the same price year around, John.
We were going through #2 son's house. He signed up for a chance for free windows (scam) A couple of reps came and did a demo then a price quote of $2000/ window installed !!!! He said "no" . Rep supposedly got on the phone with his boss...now the price was $1700 a window. Bye!! Ordered the widows locally and installed them for $168/window.

Pretty much George. The students dont come back for a week. Then they are here for a bit and leave again for Easter. No breaks for them in April.
