BIL may not make it. Kidneys shutting down due to a dye used to check out the heart. They found gangrene in a toe plus a bad infection from the gangrene (He's a diabetic ) Couldn't do the by-pass until infection taken care of. Fluid around the heart making it difficult to breath.
