Hi,
If you give a little more information about your truck, you will probably get more help.
Is your truck stock? What engine?
Are you looking for an in dash A/C, or do you prefer something that hangs under the dash?
Vintage Air makes a kit for your truck, as do a couple of other companies.
Get yourself a "Classic Haulers" catalog. They have almost everything you can think of for your truck. Also search on their website.
Another place is to look is "Dennis Carpenter". There are other companies that specialize in our old trucks, too, but I haven't used any others. I'm sure somebody will chime in with some other recommendations.
There is a great search function on this forum, so I'm sure you can get some information and pictures there.

Classic Auto Air has an in-dash kit that fits our trucks 1948 - 1952 Ford Pickup Truck Air Conditioning System | 48 - 52 Ford Pickup Truck AC
