I refuse to doubt the level of customer service from a vendor who helped me out diagnosing my truck over the internet only to tell me I DIDN'T need to purchase his services or products. A little honesty and a lot of friendly goes a long way!
If you're talking about me, I had (well, have) hard starts and rough running when cold. Wasn't sure if it was injector stiction or FICM. Ed helped me out and it's injector stiction, which meant I didn't need to send him my FICM just yet. But, if the magic oil additives don't kick in soon I may be calling him to see if he can get me some injectors. (If I don't decide to try cleaning the spool valves myself.)
