x member help

I have 1 97 f250ld, I have owned the truck for 14 1/2 years. It runs good, but now I am fighting a rust battle. A few months ago I have the control arm mount on the frame replaced becuase it rusted off. Know I need to replace the rear shackle mount, and the reare cross member that used to hold the spare tire. The question is on the cross member, does anyone have a source to get one, or will this be something that I will need fabbed up? I plan on reinforcing the frame some at the same time. My two priorities is getting it done right, have having the truck down for as little as possible. I hope to keep the beed on the truck when I do this, as I don't have a plan on replacing the bed yet. Thanks in advance.
