engine and tranny swap help

so my truck is a 1995 f150 extended cab, short box 4x4 automatic with a 5.8 and I would like to eventually change to a 460 and go to a manual tranny, I have never done a swap like this and I would apriciate if someone could just explain to me what all I will need to do this and how I find a motor and transmission that will work? that might be a stupid question but I would greatly appreciate any help. thank you

best way is to find the same year truck, F250 with the motor/trans you want. there is much you will need to swap.

drive shaft, trans crossmember, efi wiring harness, motor mounts, exhaust etc..
