lines broken

lines broken
2008 expedition 4WD
noticed two thin plastic lines running across the front cross member are broken
they look like vacuum lines (possibly for 4WD?).
there are two on the passenger side and one on the drivers side.
any ideas what these are?

Have you checked to see if 4wd works?

I have not tried, but the ABS engages with every brake application
