will a 73-79 column work in a 67 I have power steering off of a 75
Yes but you will need to alter the wiring .
also did ford make tilt in the 73-79 trucks that had 4 speeds?

I did a conversion on a 68 using a 75 or 76 column and had a lot of trouble with the wiring until I read a post about how the brakes and turn signals work together. Then it was just a matter of connecting the right wires.
Now everything works right, but you have to turn on both the glove box hazzard and column hazzard to get the hazzards to work.
Other than that, it's not a hard job.

I did see a tilt column 4 speed in a 78 or 79 come through my shop back in the 80s. The thing was broke and we couldn't find parts anywhere or another column. He ended up with a junkyard non tilt much to his dismay.
