there's a very good chance he does, there's two painters, one in Sherwood and one in Scapoose, they're both very good and compete with each other for business, it'll take him 3 days to shoot my van..
The black does look decent if he truly gets all the surfaces shiny at the same time. Lots of square footage to paint on the outside of the van.
If you really want black, might you consider a light color (perhaps silver or white) roof? I just look at the black and having owned a black van, feel really really hot. Leaving our stuff in the van while vacationing in warm climates and, say, going to a museum, I get concerned about my guitar exploding (150 lbs of string tension on a thin wood box held together with glue) and stuff like laptop computers, cameras, food in a cooler, etc. being subjected to really hot temps. A van also dissipates more engine and transmission heat into the interior after it's been run because of where the engine and trans are.
The Flex is available with silver or white roofs on dark body colors and I don't mind the look at all. My old FJ40 Land Crusher had a white roof on a blue body (very traditional white roof) and with no A/C, man was that still hot inside.
If that is your actual blue van, I will note that the sawtooth wheels (exactly the ones I had on my '86 GMC van) are facing opposite directions...no big deal.

George
If i lived in the South i would consider a light colored roof but our hottest Month in Portland is July and average temps are in the 80's, it gets hot sometimes but not enough to warrant a two tone paint job..
yes that's my actual van BEFORE i had the wheels and tires swapped around, the front tires are different size than the rear so we had to dismount and remount and balance all the wheels/tires
I left Panama in 1982, when they did they pull the buses ?
Started setting up the new bus system about 2011. The old Diablo Rojos were finally outlawed a couple years later. They also have a subway system in Panama City now! Looks more like Miami than Panama.
I used to do business with one of the drug cartels in Balboa, pretty crazy walking into a room with FARC guerrillas leaned up against the wall holding AK-47 in one hand and a machete in the other and one man behind a desk, it was one of Pablo's people but i never got a name and didn't want one either

LOTS of opportunities down there. Ha And a good retirement plan if done correctly. The place is a mess now, especially out west near Costa Rica.
