1. I'd try our sponsors first.
2. Some DC stuff is not that great (even if they say it is). And doesn't fit.
3. Lots of parts made in China. (what isn't anymore?)
4. Have you checked locally? (NAPA etc.)
Thanks. I'll go with DC. Just needed a warning if their elec. stuff was garbage.
That's the one big fords screw up. Burns the bypass circuit plug contact on the plug. Put in that flat spade type along with the plug.

From the posts I see on here, stay away from rubber parts at LMC.
Never had much trouble fitting Carpenter's stuff as some is made from the original tooling. However more and more things from them are listed as OUT OF STOCK or simply NOT AVAILABLE. Not a good business practice. Especially since the same stuff IS available from other sources.
As for some small items such as ignition switches, I find them NOS on Epay a lot. Just need to be patient and wait for one to come along that isn't priced in the stratosphere.

I'll be on the lookout for an NOS switch and a pig's tail on eBay. Did Ford farm that out or is it a Motorcraft/Autolite part?
