P0171 Trouble Code

97 Expedition 5.4 Triton V-8 has started giving trouble code of P0171. Bank 1 to Lean, can someone give me some places to start to repair/fix this trouble code. Other than the check engine light being on, truck runs fine.

Many people on this forum have had similar problems, andhave traced it to a PCV valve hose. Find your PCV valve on the pass. side of the motor. Trace back the hose connected to it all the way back to where it connects to the intake manifold. The connection is in a tough spot, and can't be seen normally. There is a little rubber elbow at the connection, and this part is your cause. The elbow cracks from the heat over time, and causes erratic problems with the motor. Check this out first.......
