missing a number, VIN is 1 letter, 5 numbers 1967/77.
N61 = N600.
C = 330 2V Medium Duty FT engine.
U = Louisville KY Assembly Plant.

This is the plate, I was told it was a 66, the guy may be wrong. Could you interpret the other rows too please?

1961/66: Serial number (last 6 digits of the VIN) composed of 6 numbers.
Beginning in 1967 and then thru 1977, the first digit of the VIN is a letter followed by 5 numbers.
