Someone who feels they are just stuck in a job, not a career.
I had a job prior to this one, that I just knew I was going to be there until I retired, then the company changed dramatically. I settled in this job, because the pay was similar, but it doesn't feel like a career, it feels like a stepping stone to a new job only. I don't see myself being able to stick this one out until retirement.

Who has had pretty good luck with attending events with some of the youth groups such as ski trips, and whatnot, and was pretty impressed by the majority of teenagers. (Who actually thought they would chew him up and spit him out with disrespect and rudeness, and found out he was actually pretty impressed with some of today's youth)
