Hi guys, Country Mouse your post made it all the way over to me in France where I'm currently stationed for another two long months. Nice work!
Has anybody figured out how the center seats can have shoulder belts? It's great to have headrests but in a frontal collision those shoulder belts will save our kids' lives.

I used two quickdraws from my rock climbing gear. Quickdraws are two carabiners attached with a piece of webbing. I attached one carabiner to the bar under the seat, and the other carabiner to the hook for the tether attachment. It might be less than ideal but better than lapbelt only. And no drilling or welding required. The conversion belt comes with an anchor you could bolt into the floor.
