Had to use earphones and listen really carefully but I think it sounds similar to my 05 Expedition and exactly like Dads 10 Expedition before I fixed it (i'm not going to put money on it though). They both had an exhaust leak on the #4 exhaust manifold port (The back one on the passenger side) and had an annoyingly loud exhaust tick on start up but Dads eventually also cracked the exhaust manifold between the #4 port and the exhaust pipe flange and sounded awful when the Engine was cold.
Start it Cold then listen at the front wheel wells, A manifold leak will be fairly obvious from there.
Your guys are absolutely right: I found leak on driver side after failed to find anything on the passenger side. Then I remembered I replaced the cat converter on driver side recently and forgot to tighten those bolts. The reason I didn't make the connection right away is it didn't make this kind of noise right away...
Your guys are great and it runs much better now! Thanks!
So I think it's fixed, a small leak on the exhaust manifold caused all the problems...
I think we should have a special section under each car/group of cars, called symptoms/causes/solutions. In it there is nothing else but successful fixes for various problems. This way people can go in there, type a symptom and immediately find a solution.

Glad it is fixed. As far as your suggestion it would be very difficult to implement since there are way too many variables to account for, from vehicle to vehicle, driving condition to driving condition, from driver to driver, etc., I'm sure you get the idea.
