Actually the blend door isn't vacuum operated. So I'd say we needed to verify to correctly point the op in the right direction.
Not if it's 99 Ford truck.... Maybe if it's something else....
I've never seen any Ford where vacuum was used to control the temperature blending, it's always been a mechanical cable or an electrical motor.
