Yes, pull the intake hose off the turbo and reach your fingers inside the turbo (engine off of course). The wheel referred to is the thing inside the turbo that has a bunch of blades or fins on it and spins. You can reach it with your fingers with the intake tube removed. In and out movement is bad. A little up and down or side to side is ok.

Its rare but i's happen, theyvget caked with oil and grime, and sometimes the ccv will make it look like it has more blow by than it does but when this happens you will have your engine seal leak oil as well

If you decide to go with the spt kit make sure you speak with Kevin if you have any Q regarding the kit or anything turbo related hes a cool cat.

If were to do the ccv re-reoute mod like on 6.0's will it help further clogging of the mesh screen in the doghouse?

Hey man i pulled the intake off earlier and the turbo is bad i plan on a rebuild this weekend it has a 1/2 inch play back and forth lol so im gonna order the kit and get a better fan and put in it thanks for the help
