f350 coil replacement tips

To the point of needing knowledge
I looking at replacing the front coils
Truck never been used for towing so no diving at braking
No extreme loads
318k and strong

Now read about using 450 coil springs

But when I shop for the 350 coil springs they are saying it adds 1 in lift

So in doing this do I have to buy taller shocks
I have now seen any shocks for 1 in just 2 in lift

all info would be great
