exactly. u-haul used the C-6 with the powerstroke. the passing gear was done with a cable attached to the throttle pedal if i remember correctly.

I have seen it in a cab in a u haul before and it caught me off guard at first sight.

What's so perplexing? It's all off the shelf stuff. It's not lik a c4 with two diff input shaft counts.
