99-04, that's it. Anything afterwards you're looking at spacers.
There's a LOT of sellers on Craigslist that list wheels as 99-15 purely because the bolt pattern is the same. In all reality, there's much more to the figment equation than simply the right number of holes in the right spots.
I've had a few knock down drag outs with sellers because they swore to high heaven they fit and 'my buddy had them on his 200x year just fine". One dude I even made a deal with, if they didn't fit properly and clear the leaf springs then they were mine for $50. Long story short, I made him look like an idiot and got a full set of KR wheels for $50, which I then threw tires on and flipped for funding towards my current 18's and 35's. Razzi knows all about that dimwit as I was shooting him screenshots of the entire conversation almost a year back.
