Electrical plug question
I'm putting a new stereo in my 09 super duty and have some of the dash panels removed. I noticed that behind the panel that has the 12v oultlet (closest to the driver) there is a harness plugged clipped in next to the outlet. I pulled it out and there is no plugs/prongs on the panel. Is this a "resting" place for the outlet? I should have taken a picture of it...maybe tomorrow. One wire is green/brown, which I believe would be the reverse light circuit. Maybe for the factory brake controller? Just wondering. Thanks and happy new year!
