VCT Cam Phaser Replacement Do-it-myself?
My 2006 F150 5.4L sounds like a 7.3L Diesel! Local shop wants $1,800! Reading about doing it myself. Looks easy?
Would love advice from folks WHO HAVE DONE THIS THEMSELVES.
