"k" tranny code for '79

"k" tranny code for '79
Recently bought a 79 f-100 for parts. It's a 302 automatic. I didn't see a k tranny code on Dennis' website. Is this a c-6? If so, are they rare for a small block? I only gave 50 bucks for the truck with a bad timing chain and many rust holes. What would a good tranny like that be worth?
