Looking for choke tube

My 78 with a 351M it's choke tube is completely rusted apart, been searching typical places, ford, autozone, lmctruck, Napa but no one has it. Any ideas on where to find one or just build one? Thoughts are much appreciated!

It's just a flared steel tube with a brass fitting. Fab 'er up.
