I'm not sure on thickness of the walls. Also just run a search on ebay for headers for your 300. I didn't see any.

I ran a set of old BlackJack long tubes for over 20 yrs and only removed them due to my front sway bar punching a hole in one of the tubes they had 3/8" header plate 16ga. tubes.
I only changed the header flange gaskets once in the 20yrs of running them.
I checked the header bolts at every oil change though.
Good PM is a must with any vehicle if you want it to last and bring you home after every trip away from home.

Clifford's headers have done me well for over a year, but have a thin patina of oxidation now. I looked for them in Stainless, but no luck as of yet, so will just hope that these stay with me awhile, in this salt air climate.. Our joke is that even plastic rusts near the Cortez...

Russ May be some spray on graphite will stop the rust crickets from eating away at them.

Tried to buy some and have it shipped to Ca. so I could haul it South with me... alas, no luck.. California has discovered, that spray graphite, might affect mother's milk, if it is taken out of the original container, so both are now illegal in Californication.. I liked it better when it was Mexifornia... Not so much stupid in the air..

Hmm I don't think you'd have to worry about getting any of that into any mothers milk unless you've got some little young mother half your age.
But if ya do just keep that little mother inside while your spraying it..

These measure 4 3/4" and rub on the ps box.
I checked out the other headers this guy has. I haven't had much luck finding headers for my 68 with 351W. These no names look very similar to BBK1515 shorties and are right tight against the power steering box (truck has the ps conversion). Just looking at the picture in the ebay ad I've linked they are routed differently than the BBK's so they just might have more clearance. I've contacted the seller to see if they will measure them but I'm not holding out much hope seeing as there's a language barrier. I'll see if they reply. Ebay item: 291779498683

Anybody tried these headers? Stainless and the price is not bad. But are made in China. Wondering if they will work on my 1972 F100
