'62 F250 Replacement Headliner Questions

The shop that did all the bodywork for on my truck purchased a DC headliner for me to install. I appears to be similar to the original size. The main panel is the exact size and the back panel is about 1 1/2 inches shorter. I figured not a problem I just wouldn't have to fight getting it between the rubber seal and the rear window.

My problem is there are no screw holes in either part. I have searched a number of ford part sites and all of the replacement headliners appear to not be pre-drilled and use clips instead. Should drill holes or just use the clips? Is there some place that sells pre-drilled headliners?
