Just did the simple test light test under the seat at the harness before the switch, good there. Checked both plugs after the switch before they go up in the seat, both light up.
My seats just don't seem to get warm, either side. Do the elements go bad in a heated seat? My 01 Yukon get warm enough on high I can feel it thru three layers of clothing.
My 05 Merc, barely anything. Is this a Ford thing? Seems every Ford I have ever owned or driven has had less than impressive heated seats
The elements do go bad. It's a toaster wire, and you're sitting on it, so they do break after 100,000 miles. It's fixable only if you strip off the upholstery.
