Last night took her out for a spin to stretch things out, did some WOT.
My IPR at WOT is around 75% or little under, ICP around 3750 to 3800. Seems a tad low at WOT? Or not?
Idle warmed up, IPR righ at 21.8 to 22, ICP around 630 to 640.
This right in the neighborhood of where I should be? Not having any luck finding numbers where I should be at. I'm pretty sure the idle figures are good.
It runs like a dream and I can make the tires talk from a 10 mph roll, not like she is short on power.
Idle is dead on, usually if you see more than 23 percent at hot idle, you have the beginning of a HPO leak. For example 30% at hot idle.
If your IPR was commanded to 85% and you only had 2800 psi, I'd worry. You have a healthy HPOP if you can put out 3800 psi without the IPR having to work too hard.

Appreciate the info TD. Jr drives it more than I do now since he turned the dreaded 16 so I don't drive her as often, baseline nnumbers are good reminders.
He is scared to death to work it and loosen up the vanes, afraid something will blow up or break down lol. I can't blame him, it took a dump two weeks after purchase.
I don't want him getting speeding tickets of course but he needs to know the 6.0 gets cranky if driven like his grandpa does. I'm sure in time he will get there, he's a wrench head and diesel nut like me.
