Death Wobble
Alignments are not part of your warrenty
I had to replace my shocks at 16000 miles. I couldn't even get them to pay for the cost of the shocks.
I personally think that the dealerships aren't helping because they are not going to get paid by Ford.

Its at the dealer now to see if they can find out the issue, I have already replaced the front shocks and the steering dampener with Rancho brand and no change. Will reply when I get word from the dealer.

Standard factory suspension (no lift, etc.)
Additional info:
Recently: New tie rod ends, new front shocks (both), balance, rotate, alighment. All 4 tires to proper pressure.
Have any of you experienced this issue?
If so, what was your solution?
Last month I replaced the factory stabilizer with the Rancho Dual Stabilizer.
At first it was wonderful.
I had no problems with the stretch of road that usually caused the death wobble to occur.
The steering was stiffer, but day after day it got worse to the point where it felt like it was actually sticking.
Took it back to the shop and on the hoist we noticed that the bracket attached to the front axle housing was sitting ON (not close to, but actually ON) the tie rod sleeve, thus putting on pressure and friction.
You could see where the paint was scratched away from the bracket and also scratches in the tie rod sleeve.
They said that the bracket bolts were not torqued sufficiently or that the bolts 'stretched' and they loosened. So, they adjusted the bracket to where it should be and torqued it down 'properly'.
For a few days it seemed better.
Then, driving thru a parking lot doing probably 5 mph (library with lots of kids and people so I was going really slow), I went over a speed bump and felt a clunk. Then immediately the steering was sticking again.
I crawled under and the bracket was again sitting on the tie rod sleeve.
Took it back to the shop and all that they could do was adjust, tighten, repeat.
This is a freaking F250.
I shouldn't have to worry about hitting a bump at 5mph and having steering problems.
Have any of you experienced this problem with this product?
If so, any solutions?
My next step is to have it removed and go back to factory, however that has its own issues.
Thanks.

I know my stock shocks are shot, was planning on replacing them this spring, hopefully new shocks and a new stabilizer from Blistein will fix this one.
