9B447, go to fordparts, select your year, make, model, search the catalog for air pump, the pulley number comes up and there's a diagram to look at, select other parts needed for more information. It asks for 5.0L or 5.8L, whatever that means
Bracket is 10A313
9B447 and 10A313 are generic base part numbers. Searching on 9B447 will yield thousands of hits since it's a generic base part number for a pulley. In order to locate the correct one you will need the prefix and suffix as well.
Jeg's carries an aftermarket pulley and bracket for Mustangs. It also fits a Bronco to the best of my knowledge.
I have used the Ford Racing smog pump eliminator kit from Summit Racing on 2 of my broncos now. I think I needed a different belt though. I transferred the kit from the 5.0L to the 5.8L with no trouble.
The air pump is there to inject air into the converter to shorten the warmup time. It supposedly does this at other times as well.
You can remove it and the associated tubing, valves and vacuum lines. To keep the Check Engine Light off you need to leave the TAB and TAD solenoids electrically connected. Be aware you will fail a few KOER codes but this will not trigger a Check Engine Light.
If you run a modern 3-way converter the air pump is not required.
The tube at the back side of the heads can be removed and pugged with a 5/8"X 3/4" long coarse thread bolt. Leave the TAB and TAD solenoids for the ECM. The down tube to the CAT can be removed and plugged then as well. It cleans up the engine bay and unless it has to pass emissions you won't miss it.
