yesterday it was running fine today only half throttle, going up a hill no power throttle push 1\2 down let off the throttle engine smooths out and starts picking up speed

ok I was able to get back to the truck to check the MAP and EBP. MAP is 14.0 but the EBP is 0.0 looks like it is plugged or bad I will be able to tear into it tomorrow night, Will update it than.

EBP should read the same, 14 or right around there. Did you try driving it with it inplugged?
What does it read @ idle?
Remove it and make sure it's clean. Also use weed wacker trim line and carb cleaner to clean the tube fully. Also check the harness for chafes and check the plug.
Update removed the EBP line and found it was not blocked going to get a sensor from ford tomorrow if they have it in stock. can the old one be checked easily
Update after checking over the harness and replacing the EBP sensor still have the issue took it for a long drive with my buddy watching the tablet found the HPOP was fluctuating. Cleaned the IPR and replaced the Oil Pressure unit beside the IPR (leaking oil out of the connector) no change.
Does it sound like the HPOP seals bad? or the whole pump. This one does have the early 03 round pump
