Surprised how many carry Glocks, I would have assumed better of Ford truck owners.
Another Glock owner here. Carry gun for me is Glock 19. I had a 1911 and couldn't wait to get rid of that thing. The thin single stack grip just doesn't fit my hands well. I prefer the thicker double stack grip of a Glock or Beretta 92.
Springfeild xd-40 sub compact here. or a springfield armory 1911 officers model.
i love the xd, i have shot well over 4000 rounds with it and only once have i had a failure to feed. and that was during a dueling tree competition one of our local gun shops had going on. I still won even with the malfuntion lol
I've carried everything from a Charter Arms "Undercover" to a S&W model 19 4" (.357 magnum) to Colt Combat Commander, to Colt Gold Cup NM, to Beretta 92FS, to one of several Glock(s) in 9mm, .40, .45 acp.
My current carry pistol is a S&W Shield in .40. It's carried in a Galco "Stinger" holster and a spare magazine is carried in a DeSantis A47 mag pouch.
The Shield is so lightweight. It's a GREAT carry pistol!
My future son-in-law conceal carries (required!) a Glock G22 (full-size .40). It hides quite well, especially since this guy's about 5'-9" and less than 180 lbs!
I've had a 43 since they came out. Not a singlemalfunction yet. I've been carrying it as a BUG. It has over 1k rounds through it so far. Shot the full size qualification course as well with it instead of the BUG course

Exactly. No reason not to. Gen4 Glock 19 had issues too, easily solved by most.
We have both a Glock 42 and 43 and they don't like flat nosed ammo. Failure to feed. Switched to round nosed ammo and have no issues. Both guns have not had many rounds through them yet but expect them to get better.
