06 escape
My wife's 06 4 cyl. has a problem. When you shut it off it won't crank for 5 to 10 minutes Then starts right up after the wait. And no anti theft isn't flashing. Any ideas ?

You mean it will not turn over at all till it rests ? IN THE 08 Focus there are issues of turning the key really hard to get them to crank period,on those you pull the switch and turn it with a large screw driver if that works its a part in the column. Might be a bad connection on the starter
