Absolutely not.

My idea was to make it simple to disconnect everything when (if) I remove the cab someday. I was going to do it with 12-pin connectors, which I purchased, but I discovered the larger gauge wires for the 6 volt system didn't fit in the connectors I bought, so I regrouped and went with the barrier strips.

At any rate, they work fine. I haven't had any electrical problems with them.

Thanks so much. I was comfortable with doing the body and mechanical stuff, but for some reason electrical has me feeling shaky.

I call them "Terminal Blocks". I don't have any on my "Painless" Fuse Panel, but when wiring a vehicle, I can't live without them.

One example of several. I have 10 dash gauges. Gauge Pwr, Grounds, Bulb Pwr etc. Rather than tie everything together, I can remove a single gauge without tearing everything up.

If you need a lot of common connections for power or ground they make metal jumpers that can gang connect the terminals. My only caution is to keep an eye on current capacity if they are used in series with big draw items.

Ernie, That is extremely clean.
My wiring looks more like a rats nest at the moment. I'm not done yet though, so hopefully I will get it cleaned up a bit.
