Question 03 f450 steering

The other day at our shop we simply started to move the truck around then all of a sudden the steering became extremely easy to the point where spinning the wheel it will go stop to stop with no resistance, The stabilizer was replaced but did not fix the problem. Any ideas would be great

Steering ain't rocket science. Rotation of the steering wheel into the steering gear causes the output shaft to rotate proportionately.

Find where the process fails.

That makes no sense. It didn't fail. It just works with no resistance. The wheels still move.
