Trading 2007 for 2003

I recently saw this 2003 f150 fx4 5.4. It has 120k miles and the body is well kept and the only flaw in the inside is a noticeable 2 inch tear on the seat that was stitched back together, other than that it flawless. They will sell it to me for 7k out the door. I was thinking if I should trade in my 2007 f150 supercrew 4.6 2wd with 160k miles on it. I added 40 series flowmasters sido, and I recently added a 2.5 inch front leveling kit. It also has the 09 f150 oem 18 inch rims and 275/65/18r Goodyear duratracs with 80 percent of thread still left. The 03 has continental street tires with decent thread. would you trade in my truck for the 03 fx4? If I did I really hope I can get atleast an even trade

I'd trade it in a heart beat. 2003 is a much better truck and is 4WD. IMO the 2003 is much more powerful and comfortable than the 2007.

BTW, I went from a 2005 to a 2003 FX4 too.

I forgot to add that the 03 is a single cab.

Your 07 is worth much more. a regular cab is worth a lot less. they should give you money + the 2003.

Oh!!!.....Snap!!..... Thinking!!!......That's a pretty hard one. I'm more of a long term use type of person..... looking towards the future, I can tell u for sure that the 2003 will take care of u.... yes, the 07 is worth more but, how much will it be worth if it's parked outside of ur house and ur catching rides to work. IJS, this is how I'm looking at it. .....hope some of this helped.

Oh, and my Dad bought a 97' F-150 in 2008 and it's still pimpin....lol....the only thing he's had to change really was his fuel pump, also, his radiator slip in half and his Fail safe System kicked on..... GENIUS! !!!!
