4.6 timing problem
My 2001 expedition had the number 7 plug blow out so I decided to go aheat and do a full over haul of the top end I took the heads off and had them totally redone. I got a head gasket kit new water pump, timing kit, belt hoses, ect. I went to start reassembly and got the motor set to TDC I put the passenger side head on slightly tight with the marks lined up and new chain on then I went to pit the drivers side head on and noticed that the number six piston was in the top position and that the heads intake valve for the number six piston was out when the marks were lined up I can't figure out why this is please help
